The room was good for me and my daughter. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were very neat and clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. We did enjoy it and we felt safe.

“Great stay nonetheless”
I booked family room but was told it wasn't available but alternate venue was offered and it exceeded my expectations. I would have given them excellent on everything but after the cleaning ladies cleaned the house we were staying in, I couldn't find my daughter's school sports shirt which I reported to Nozipho(the lady that works at the Lodge). She said she would check with the cleaners and get back to me. This was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting to hear from her.

I Booked a room a week or two prior for my mother because she had a marathon the next day… When she arrived for checking in… The staff told her all the rooms are full and her booking was cancelled… No communication was sent and when we call the Landlord, she doesn’t respond or pick up… sent her messages about my refund… Nothing
