“Nothing, I booked via bookings.com but when I called to see what time we could check in from the rud”
Nothing, I booked via bookings.com but when I called to see what time we could check in from the rude receptionist told me there is no availability and that we can’t come, even after having made and confirmed the booking on bookings.com. Poor poor service from reception lady. Not willing to help.
