“Felt very much like an old coaching inn, with modern facilities where appropriate.”
Rooms were spotless; proprietor was very friendly. Breakfasts were brilliant. Dinners were based on locally produced seasonal food.

“excellent place for a stopover, warm welcome!”
we were very warmly welcomed by the hostess of our property despite our late arrival. The breakfast was well cared for and provided with clear attention for our kids. The rooms were well laid out, clean and the bathroom worked well. Clear value for money!

Absolutely first class welcome. friendly staff who looked after us from the moment we arrived to well after we left. if you stay then make sure you eat here. the food is incredible. we are travelling for three weeks and this place tops the lot. very highly recommended. massive thanks
