“I did not sleep well”
I got during my 2 nights very noisy neighbors, singing and shouting until 2:30 in the night. Despite my call to reception and request them to call the noisy neighbors to stop, nothing happened and I spent 2 bad nights. The hotel is responsible to make respecting the quiet time, they did not do their job.
