Very friendly, cheery and attentive staff. Had a personal feel, as it is quite small with a small number of staff. Staff member we met speaks good English. Well located, with easy (free) on-site parking outside of Vercelli’s low emissions zone, and an easy walk into the town centre (where we had an excellent meal). Spotlessly clean everywhere (in the room and common areas) and a comfortable room. It is perhaps a little ‘old-fashioned’ in style / decor, but not at all ‘tired’. The owners clearly make efforts to maintain the property and make it well kept. Nice breakfast. A reasonable choice of sweet and a savoury foods, with fresh fruit and pastries. Good value for money.

We were greeted by the owner, Sabrina, who was very friendly and welcoming. We were travelling home, heading north, and it was a very convenient place to stay. The breakfast was good, and it set us up nicely for our onward journey

I appreciated the walkability to the train station, and center of Vercelli. I appreciated that the property offered breakfast, and the bathroom was very clean and the hot water was great with wonderful water pressure (always a selling point for me!). The hotel staff allowed us to check in after 3pm, and leave our backpacks behind the front desk while we toured the town the following day and pick up at 3pm before heading back to the train - the accommodation for our backpacks was very helpful.

It’s not too far from the city . They have great service and so welcoming. The rooms are warm which is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend for stay in vercelli definitely

Quant old fashioned hotel. Room was large and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Vercelli is a nice town with great links to Milan and Turin by train. The locals were really friendly

Warm, gracious welcome, from a charming host. The interior of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, being well furnished and spacious. One of the couples in our party was up graded on arrival from a twin bedded to a double room. Suggestions on places to see and possible restaurants were provided. Bikes housed securely overnight as requested and in the morning, after a very good breakfast, which was served in our rooms, the offer of leaving the car parked at the premises was made. This made it easier to explore the city fully without worrying about parking.
