Very kind and hospitable host. He took care of everything, gave us recommendations on what to visit and see. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was stocked with coffee and snacks. I didn't miss anything, it was clean, comfortable and we would book again.

Owner met us at the gate. A set of keys for opening pedestrian gate, parking area gate, enter the building, enter the accommodation. Free gated parking! We corresponded with the Owner via Booking messaging: I wrote in English then translated to Google Italian and posted. Very generous breakfasts were provided! Bread, croissants, butter, cheeses, ham, fruit, yoghurt, milk, jam etc! Lovely. A good kitchen area. A great little restaurant, "Zoe", directly next door in the park, check times on door, very good local food for lunches. Owner speaks little English but we managed, as is necessary all over Italy. Vercelli is a town neglected by tourists but is very convenient for visiting Milan and Piedmont (Turin etc) famous for rice growing (try the risotto!) and Barolo and other wines. Some wonderful old villages with ancient monasteries etc. A large Carrefour supermarket is 10 min, on the ring road. We stayed 5 nights and sad to leave. It was 49 min drive to Milan Malpensa airport. Host was very nice.

The owner is really very kind. Everything we needed was ready and were provided with water, breakfast and there's a nice coffee machine with all equipment in the kitchen. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Temperature super comfortable and great bathrooms, both of them. It was the most comfortable stay I had away from home. Great warm hospitality

They have their own parking space. Breakfast was very good and all the room was very clean. The owner was super friendly. He also gave us tips for a few restaurants. Recommended to everyone who wanna go to vercelli. This is the best spot!

The breakfast was excellent, I had mentioned to the host that I love Italian cheese and he bought me three different types, with honey and marmalade to combine with! I mentioned to him I couldn't drink milk and he bought soya milk for me. Absolutely amazing!

This is a big appartment with three bathrooms. Kitchen facilities. Not far from Vercelli's main square. Good explanations from the owner. Parking on site, plenty of room.
