The location is amazing, the fact that I can have a person on a weelchair with easy acses is the best

The staff is exceptionally wonderful helpful friendly the bed is fantastic high quality the location is great the place is very clean and all Necessities nearby the pool is excellent

Location was great, in the square. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and port a short walk away. Bed comfortable, good a/c. Beautiful old building.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The employees in this hotel did not do anything to help about the problems we ran into. Until 6/7 hours from the time we checked in. They had us sit in our room where the AC didn't work and there was water all over the bathroom floor. We checked in at 3pm and didn't relocate us to another room until 10:30pm. And they even seem pissed off that they had to move us to a better room. Will not book again.

“Even the location can't make up for the rest”

The building, on the outside at least, is lovely. That and the location is really the only reason this hotel still has acceptable reviews. And the parking is free.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location. I slept fine and had no issues.

Many problems internet and tv didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, the elevator didn’t work. No hot water and there was mold in the bathroom. We mentioned all of these thing the the reception and they were all. Very rude and just said “sometimes that’s just how things are here” I would have just left and found another hotel but I had already paid for it.

“Grand Hotel, Great Location!”

Rooms felt very regal and were spacious. The hotel itself is very elegant and in a great location on the main zócalo.

We don’t used the restaurant there The location it’s the best In the front of the hotel have a plaza in the night there is diferente live music I liked

Perfect location, nice room overlooking Zocalo. Extremely vibrant.

Rooms overlooking the zócalo have a great view of the square. But they can also be very noisy till very late due to the week-end mariachi scene right below the windows. If quiet is needed better ask for rooms in the back without the square view.
