“Disappointed to be charged for free shuttle and that pets are charged per night intead of per stay.”
Charged x seevices listed as free...the shuttle...charged pets per night not per stay. Staff complained about cost of fuel x shuttle. Not good customer service

“Rooms are great, rest of hotel so so.”
The room was really great; nice and large, beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The shower was powerful and hot and bathroom had a good supply of towels. It was very clean and seemed well insulated against noise from outside. The aircon was efficient, there was a coffee maker and fridge. The hotel offers (limited) free parking.
