It was like having an apartment away from home. Very good area to go out and have a walk. Close by to very nice restaurants and 2 blocks away from the beach front. Bathroom and shower are more updated than others we've stayed at. Room was spacious and great lighting. Beds where not too hard or soft and you definitely didn't feel the springs underneath. Check in was great... but you do have to be in contact because it is not self check in. Parking is not free and you do need to call ahead to verify how and where you can park. They do have the courtesy to have basic toiletries available. All in all it's a great place.

- Great location in the neighbourhood Reforma full of restaurants and bars and one step away from one of the beaches - Great staff that can be reached via WhatsApp if desired and even drove me to the bus station for free - Stylish, new rooms - Fast internet plus comfortable chair to work with

“Brilliant stay in Veracruz”
Excellent facilities, location and staff. Miguel was very helpful and keen on guiding us. The location is also very good, close to many attractions.
