“They have about to think!”
We have been to many places and this is the first one that lied from the start. And in the end, they didn't answer at all. I will say this, if there is a chance to use other options, then definitely not this one. When we arrived, they wanted to give us a room with one bedroom, even though we booked with two bedrooms. After discussions, it was resolved. Next, our request was for a TV because the next Easter morning there was a program planned to watch together at breakfast. They confirmed that everything was fine. When we returned at midnight, we realized that the TV was not working and the morning plan would be ruined. In the morning, we wrote to the administration about the situation, to which we received a response. Answer: On this TV don't have a internet connection and therefore is not available to watch. Although in the evening when we arrived, they claimed that everything was fine. They lied! There was no further contact. No sense of responsibility. About everything is bright. Let's not talk about furniture and the rest! We definitely do not recommend.

The condition of the apartments is new, fully renovated. Excellent service at reception. Large, free private parking. The apartment is very spacious, and the living room design is very nice. Everything you need was in its place. Additional heating in the shower was provided.

Good location (for both, either for arriving and parking you car, or for short walking distance to the town centre). Very good price/value ratio. The room was nice and spacious, bathroom is fully ok (although bringing your own shampoo is recommended - they have liquid soap, but not in shower compartment; no worries about good towels, however). The bed was nicely spacious (a really good point for the category, where beds often tend to be too short) and reasonably comfy (just don't try to compare with 4+ star properties). Friendly and welcoming staff, though you are asked to communicate your arrival time, and there is no 24/7 reception. Have stayed here once previously, and likely will consider the place again.

“Stay with family for one night”
A beautiful, spacious two-bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and clean, nice furnishings. Behind the house is a very pleasant courtyard with seating. Free parking across the street in an open space. Right next to the center, on a quiet street. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. We were very satisfied and if we go to Ventspils next time, we will stay here again.
