“Dissapointing attitude of the landlords towards the problem which seems to be not new (to them)”
The location is good, but it’s the 4th floor without elevator-can be challenging for families with strollers or bicycles (there is no storage for them). The most dissapointing was to listen the same russian tune every day from 6am and all day long and get no help from the landlords except for the advice to call the police if it bothers us. I must also agree on the comment that the bath rug could be of some other kind - having both it and sheets in dark color might be convenient for the landlords,but impossible to evaluate the cleanness for the guests (btw, the size of the bed linen doesn’t fit to the duvets and quite franky,but the guests have to make their beds themselves).

“Venspils is great”
It’s clean, beds are comfortable. Everything is quite close: shop and park with fountains is in 2 minutes walk. Venspils is perfect for small 2-10 years children.
