“A poor experience”

The hotel, in general, is nice but the installations and the facilities are very poor. The hair dryer was broken and they only give you new, and clean, towels each three days. We are really sorry, but we did not like the experience we had in the hotel. On the other hand, we must say that the staff's attention is great. They are very polite and respectful.

Breakfast was good (usual continental) location near sea and short taxi ride from train station. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast offered a good variety and was well organised.

I arrived there the time I discussed with them calling them with the number they sent to me but no one picked up my call, if not a client that logged there I would have slept outside though I ended up slept at the reception, early morning I called again and then someone picked and started shouting at me that am lieing trying that I did not called them while all the evidence is there to the extent I called the police to come and helped me out because I needed to make it fast for my next appointment. It was horrible
