Pleasant view from the window. Short walk to the beach and along the river. Close to a supermarket. Husband enjoyed watching traffic negotiate the roundabouts. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful. He was there when we arrived and left and assisted. He gave advice for purchases. When we left a valuable item he had it couriered to us. We couldn’t have asked for nor expected more!

I booked a two-night stay the day before the Easter holiday, and it turned out to be a great choice. Check-in was handled remotely, which was smooth and convenient. The location is excellent—very close to the station and within easy reach of Ventimiglia’s old town. The host was attentive and kindly accommodated a flexible check-out time on the last day. The room also had a small kitchenette, which was useful for boiling water and preparing simple things. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and found nothing in particular to complain about.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the market, beach, old town and railway station. The fridge was really useful as were the basic cooking facilities and equipment. Excellent air conditioning. Very secure, on the first floor of a commercial block, with communal facilities, including a washing machine.

“A good base for Ventimiglia”

The location is ACE 👍🏼 Easy access to the historic centre of Ventimiglia, the beaches of Le Calandre and Miramare, the new town and the train station. Communication with the proprietor is great and he’s very quick to respond and give suggestions. The kitchenette in the double room we had was handy although it would be very helpful to have a microwave as well. The bed was very comfortable and and I personally loved the firm pillows. I also liked our room, number 4, faced the courtyard rather than the street so there was zero street noise. I also really liked the amount of towels provided: good quality and large. Finally the room itself is spacious, and has high ceilings, as does the bathroom. Also the AC works GREAT which is a huge relief in the heat and humidity of the summer. Wifi is also excellent.
