“Convenient hotel near the train station”
We communicated with Denise who was always responsive (in English and Italian), she even helped me out with the tricky local bus schedule as I struggled to get information off the internet and the local tourist info office was only opened in the afternoon. It was with her help that I managed to plan by day trip to the beautiful nearby town of Dolceacqua. The location was really convenient, just a 5 minute walk from the rail station and you can walk into the old town in Alta Ventimiglia in like 10 minutes if you use the lift in the tunnel. The local market and supermarkets are all within like a 5 to 10 minute walk and you can also walk to the beach in about 10 minutes or so. The shower was excellent, great water pressure. In this kind of building, you are dependent on your neighbours to behave in a considerate manner and not disturb each other - thankfully, it was all peaceful enough and we had no issues.

“Lovely fresh guest house in central location”
This was a great find, close to the train station and in a good central location, but in a small quiet street. The bed was super comfy, the room fresh and clean. Great to have a small fridge, and we loved having the terrace.

Spacious and comfortable room, nicely decorated in bold colours. Good facilities and a large terrace with table and 2 chairs where we could leave our bicycles. Good communication with host.

Host was very attentive with making sure we knew how to get in on arrival and checking everything was OK. Convenient location, a short walk from the station which was ideal for us as we were just there for a quick stopover before an onward journey. A very comfortable night, which was welcome after a few days of travelling and staying in some not so comfortable places!

“I felt the price paid was a little on the expensive side, all things considered.”
The room is modern, clean and nicely decorated. A coffee machine and 2 pods, made for a decent cup of coffee in the mornings, and there was a small fridge in the room. There's a small balcony, looking out onto a side street above a restaurant, I arrived at 13:30 which didn’t seem to be a problem.

It was in a fabulous location very close to the indoor market, train station and theatre. It was also close to the bridge so walking to the old town & new port was easy. The room was spacious, bright and very clean

Clean & spacious with generous balcony. Nice to be met by a person rather than self check in. Great recommendations for places to eat & gave us extra coffee as well. Very comfortable place to stay, in middle of town but also close to train station.
