A nice apartment in a secluded spot some 30 minutes from Kristiansand. The location is reached via a small road which makes it feel as being a long way away from it all, while in reality the nearest town (Vennesla) is maybe 1.5k away. Nice hill view, lake in short walking distance. The owners live on the premises but were away when we arrived. A phone call solved that in 10 minutes. We ended up in the apartment under the owners' home. The construction being wood you noticed people walking overhead, but certainly no showstopper. The apartment was clean, the bathroom adequate. The kitchen gets 5 stars for having a Moccamaster, the best coffeemaker in the world :-)

Beautiful location, wonderfully equipped and very comfortable apartment and the hosts were very charming and helpful. My only regret was that I was staying just one night. Highly recommended.

The view from the apartment was stunningly beautiful, as well as the garden. The apartment was big enough for three people to stay in comfortably. We were able to use a grill and eat outside in the garden, which was really nice. The owners were friendly and very helpful with every request. And the dog was very friendly too.

“Perfection exactly when needed”
The owners are just perfect! nice people who take the children with them to feed the animals and tell them stories about them. The enviroment is fantastic and you can get all the quiet in the world there.
