Fab location middle of the city, lovely cafe downstairs and rooms above. We had the de luxe room 4 on the second floor. Staff helped us store our bikes. Free coffee/tea vouchers. Coffee/tea/coolies in room. Short walk to the Maasboulevard.

The bathroom was outside the room. also for 1 person 2 single beds wasnt comfortable. Need to update the rooms because too old

The isolation was very poor. I could not fall asleep until very late because I could clearly hear everything from the room next to me. There was no staff available to complain to or to help solve the issue. Another problem was cleanliness. When I wanted to charge my phone, I noticed that the power outlet was extremely dusty, as if it had not been cleaned for years. The same applies to the curtains. They were also full of dust. I honestly do not understand how the rooms are cleaned. For people with dust allergies, I strongly do not recommend staying here. I would advise paying a few extra euros and choosing a more comfortable and cleaner hotel instead. I hope this helps people who are planning to visit Venlo.

Great location. Friendly staff in the cafe downstairs. You need to know that one of the rooms (room 4) faces the street and there are a few pubs around that have people sitting outside until late at night (and there may be noise). Part of being in a very central location. For those who need it, the B&B provides free earplugs :-)

- Great location right in city centre and only 5 min away from Venlo main station - Plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, stores etc around - The hotel staff was nice - I liked the bathroom, comfortable - The furniture and decoration was decent

“Overnight stay”
Closeness to the train station. Easy transport connection to the hotel. The guy that checked us in was nice and friendly. We enjoyed the cookies as well The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
