“Clam and Pleasant stay”

The host came to meet us at the at the boat stop. He has been very responsive to my questions even before we arrived. We arrived earlier than check in time, he allowed us to check in earlier. He even reminded us of time change(daylight saving time) as we were leaving on Sunday. Flat was fully equipped. Easy access to boat stops shops and restaurants.

Great location. Close to restaurants and the casino vaporetto stop. Lots of extra touches to make the stay comfortable. Everything you need in the apartment for a great stay in beautiful Venice.

Perfect location away from the busy spots but close enough to walk to all attractions. Great check in service and great communication with the hosts.Would highly recommend San Leonardo.

“Hidden gem”

Central location. Quiet apartment. Friendly hosts. Mistake with towels was sorted out quickly and easily. Decent little kitchen, where we made a couple of lunches and one supper ('Despar' in the nearby Teatro Italia is very well stocked + fresh fruit & veg stalls right near the apartment, make cheap meals easy.) Good air-conditioning ~ great in hot weather. Lots of cupboard & drawer space ~ beautiful furniture in main bedroom. Lovely view of garden & greenery We had a brilliant holiday staying here.

Great location, close to the Guglia Bridge and the Vaporetto station to the Airport. Very quiet neighborhood, which allowed for good sleep. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped for a family of 4. The check-in and out experiences were easy. We highly recommend this place.

Our warm host Giuseppe wrote us a few days before arrival very specific instructions in advance so we had an idea of what to expect which was nice. From the Santa Lucia train station, it is only a 10 min walk. We were amazed that he was waiting for us in the hot sun at the Campo San Leonardo square close to the apartment to welcome us and took the time to hand us the key, providing a smooth check-in and all the info we needed. The apartment itself was spot-on, clean, and beautifully Venice style decorated, facilities were all there and located in a quiet and central neighbourhood. Sometimes you come across bookings whose ratings don't represent its true hospitality and comfort, but this place is truly a hidden gem and worth a visit! I would highly recommend this apartment if you stay in Venice. Thank you very much Giuseppe for your hospitality, all the best and see you the next time!

“Family stay”

Immaculate apartment with basic provisions eg tea, coffee which was very appreciated. Travel cot and linen provided for it was spotless. The location was super, proximity to station and airport waterbus. Loved it

I can only say good things about this accommodation and the host. I was accompanied by elderly people and their stay was perfect. Full equipped with all services, including dishwasher and washing machine... the apartment is very nice, comfortable beds in huge rooms :), very good WIFI signal... You have all the services a few meters away: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ice cream, souvenirs, clothing, footwear, bakery, fruit market... Unbeatable location, in the Cannaregio sestiere, full of charm and animation. Close to the main street that leads to St. Mark's Square on foot in 20 minutes if you like to explore the city instead to take the vaporetto. Next to the Ferrovia and vaporetto San Marcuola. TIP: A 1-minute walk you have a square with views to the Grand Canal... just follow the same street where is the apartment. If this apartment is highly valued by many of us, it must be for a reason.

“Amazing”

Apartment was clean, very well located and host was very nice

The apartment is great for its value. It is in a quiet area, but really easy to reach all "must" sees. There are a lot of restaurants around, train and bus stations in close proximity. Clean, spacious, you have all you need.. But... The main plus is the host. Calm, welcoming and helpful. Thank you, Mauricio. See you again, hopefully soon :-).
