“All in all, the place is great for exploring Venice.”
The location is great for walking around in Venice. The apartment on the fifth floor is spacious with balcony, the building has an elevator. Everything was clean. Entering with codes is really convenient, because there were 7 people in our group, and it would have been tricky to share a key.

“Amazing stay”
No keys needed as all doors, to the property, building and flat are accessed with codes. The beds and pillows were phenomenal and the rooms are very big and could fit up to 6 people easily. The flat is minutes away from Rialto Bridge and aprox 10 min away from San Marco Square. Highly recommended!

“Hit & miss if I'm honest. 50/50”
Location was great! Lots of local authentic Italian restaurants around. Accessing and checkin was easy. Quiet area and pretty safe to get around late night. Close to silvestro water taxi 🚕 Instructions were th0rough
