Veronica was excellent to deal with & communication was excellent. The property came with everything you could need. Coffee machine, toaster, laundry room and shampoo, soaps in bathroom. Aircon was strong and needed as temperatures were very high.

Beautiful spacious appartment, stylish decor with comfy beds, quality linen, great showers and well equipped kitchen. It's in a fantastic central location, but it's still nice and quiet. Very kind host who met us on arrival and was very quick to respond to messages throughout. She also gives great instructions on getting to the property and practicalities during the stay. And you can drop your bags early if you arrive before check in time, or store them at the end of the stay if you are leaving late in the day.

Great facilities, quiet location, friendly staff. I would say this was one of the best apartments I booked.

The apartment is in a great location, close to Arsenale for those attending the Venice Biennale. The street is quiet, but full of restaurants, shops and even a pharmacy close by. This is the best apartment I have stayed in, yet in Venice. Veronica, our contact was super helpful, courteous and professional.

Veronica had thought of everything! From reminding us of the city tax ahead of our trip, organising the transfer from the airport, meeting us in person for check in and every detail in the apartment itself. Umbrellas for the rainy day, very comfy pillows, coffee machine with pods, washing facilities and rainfall shower. Location was perfect, close enough to everything but quiet at night. Definitely recommend the pizza place downstairs too!

The property is in a great location, just outside the buzzling crowds but close enough to get where you need to quickly. The apartment is close to a little grocer and a few really good local restaurants. It was a good size with all the necessary amenities a family could need. Everything was well maintained and modern.

The perfect location: very close to St. Marco square, but far away from noise and big crowd of people. The apart is well decorated, equipped and perfectly clean. I received very detailed explanation how to get from the airport to the Apartment from the host, how is very careful, delicate and helpful. I definitely recommend with apartment for the rent.
