Comfortable room with kitchen, which was a big plus. The hotel room is located in a very convenient location. You can also find storage/lockers nearby, which was very convenient when traveling.

Awful management and receptionists. They messed up, giving me way less than what I paid for and literally told me “it’s not our problem”. I opened a ticket on booking to get a refund.

Great location. Having a private bathroom was a big plus, especially in Venice, and for this price it was very good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful – they informed us in advance about the new Venice regulations starting from April 3. Upon arrival, we were met by a staff member who gave us a map and explained how to get to the accommodation, as it was located a bit further from the check-in point.

The room itself was acceptable in terms of basic cleanliness and size. The location area was generally convenient once the actual accommodation was reached.

It was in a great spot out of the busy tourist location but still with great food and shopping.

Venice is small enough that it would be hard to imagine a bad location, that said this was well located close to conveniences and restaurants, as well as easy walks to gondola, water taxi, and points of interest such as Doges Palace and St Marks Square. Has the dubious honour of being very close to the only McDonalds in Venice.

They charged me twice for the booking
