“Fantastic apartment, great hosts, perfect location.”
Property was beautifully appointed, very smart and well equipped. For two couples it was perfect as each bedroom and en-suite were at opposite ends of the property giving maximum privacy.

Loved the quietness of the location yet close enough to walk around in . Very large place and perfect for the 5 of us. Secure location for the family. Washer and dryer was amazing to have!

A self check in property with good communication through out. I loved the decor of this apartment. Very traditional, super comfy and spacious for our family. Fully stocked kitchen and ammenities.

Very spacious & clean apartment in a superb location for a first visit to Venice-close to the main attractions, but in a quiet area of west San Marco. Very close to water bus stop. Reliable communication with owner and her team-any queries answered promptly.

“Great place to stay to feel like you are local, would definitely recommend.”
The property was very spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was very equiped, the beds were very comfortable and although San Samuele is a little out of the way, we enjoyed being in a quieter part of Venice. The host Roberto was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great suggestions for dinner.

The instructions for the checking in and check out was very clear and simple. The appartement is great, comfortable, clean, huge. The location is very nice, besides San Samuele stop and close to supermarket and commerce in general, but in a very calm street in the same time. Our family was very happy with the facilities and good mood of this place.
