“Absolutely Perfect Apartment - Dream Stay in Venice”

This was truly one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in — an absolutely perfect experience with no downsides at all. The apartment is incredibly spacious, and you feel it from the very first moment you walk in. It gives a real sense of comfort, freedom, and luxury. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you instantly think: I would love to live here. The layout is just perfect — three beautiful bedrooms and a very large living room where we spent most of our time enjoying the atmosphere. The living room deserves a special mention: its windows overlook the Grand Canal, offering a stunning, almost cinematic view. Sitting there and watching Venice come to life was an unforgettable experience. There are two bathrooms with toilets, which is extremely convenient, especially for a group — no waiting, no stress, just comfort. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to feel at home. The location is simply amazing. The vaporetto stop (Line 1) is literally just a couple of steps away, which makes getting around Venice effortless. You can reach any part of the city very easily. The bus station and train station are also very close — just a short, relaxed stroll of about 10 minutes. We were met right near the apartment, everything was clearly explained, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than scheduled — which we truly appreciated after the journey. This level of hospitality made the stay even more special. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations — from the space and comfort to the view and location. It was not just accommodation, but a real experience. Highly, highly recommended!

“Lovely, spacious apartment”

Spacious, modern apartment. Having two bathrooms was a bonus! Shame that the scaffolding was still up for the external renovations, meaning that there was no view at all from the apartment, but the location was great. A short walk to supermarket, gelateria, and pizza shop. Also able to catch the vaporetto (water bus) right on the doorstep. There was very little noise from the renovations, and the apartment was quiet. Enjoyed our time there. Eleonora met us on arrival and showed us around. She was friendly and helpful.

“Large apartment with a great location”

The Apartment was beautiful and very spacious, located perfectly in the center overlooking the canal . The staff was wonderful and warned us about the scaffolding in advance to make sure we were aware and comfortable. Despite the scaffolding there was a lot of light and air throughout the apartment and over the weekend there was no noise.

Great location on Canale Grande. Excellent host with fantastic tips where to go during our stay.

“Expérience Venice as if you area resident - magical!”

Ve-nice apartment is fantastic. We liked so much about it. * the staff communication is excellent. Also a staff member met us at the property. He showed us the apartment. He also gave us pointers on places to go and things to see. * the location is directly next to the s. Stae vaporetto stop. Truly STEPS away from it (like 60 steps). It is also easy to walk all over Venice from this location. * the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so it is quiet. You do not hear the noise from the grand canal while in the bedrooms. * the apartment is very large and comfortably laid out. We had 4 people. We used 2 bedrooms. It was perfect. * the kitchen is well appointed and easy to cook in. * the apartment is beautiful. The art and decoration are lovely. * we visited in the winter. It was cold outside. The apartment is very warm and comfortable. * we loved looking out into the grand canal that is very special. * there are many local restaurants nearby. * we recommend the coffee shop : boresso. It’s independently owned and very good. * we also recommend: al grill for dinner. It’s a steal house but the chicken is amazing. Also the desserts were amazing. It’s a small ma and pa restaurant and was a treat. * this apartment is magical and we would stay here again in a heartbeat

Have to say when we were finally met by our host - he was great. Welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. The location is beyond amazing...! The views and access to the canals was great and the proximity to landmarks and necessities was unrivalled.

Fantastic location! Right over a ferry/vaporetto stop so catching transport to the address was a breeze. Bedrooms were in the back so were not affected by the noisy busy canal.

Everything!!!! You will be not disappointed with this accomodation. Water Taxi just outside so really convenient. Giulio who checked us in was super helpful and was full of knowledge.

Very close to everything, within walking distance. San Stae Ferry Station is just a couple of steps away from the property if you prefer to take the water bus. The living room windows offer a great view of the Grand Canal.

“Spacious apartment right in the heart of Venice”

A lovely, well appointed and spacious apartment right in the heart of Venice. We loved being right on the main canal and being able to watch all the activity on the waterway from our lounge window. Our hosts were flexible, allowing us to leave our luggage early on day of arrival and pick it up late on departure day. The guy who welcomed us gave us a lot of good information on activities and restaurants that we made full use of during our stay.

host was amazing, she met us at the train station to guide us to our apartment. The location of the room was just sensational the view over the main canal was worth every dollar. The added touch of a bottle of prosecco in the fridge was lovely and I enjoyed sipping a glass while watching the boats go past.
