The apartment is perfect! We stayed 3 nights, it has everything you need. It is very close to the most important places to visit, like 7 minute from Rialdo Bridge. It is very clean, there is coffee, bath products, a lot of towels, some bottle of water, even some Coca Cola. We really enjoyed our stay there and Sara responded very quickly if we needed something.

The Casanova apartment was clean, modern, roomy, in a great location & had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, and good security door. Super short walk from the San Silvestro ferry stop. Short walk also to Rialto Bridge & St Mark’s Square.

Amazing host who was so accomadating in my circumstances. The place and facilities was amazing and great to unwind after lots of walking. Location was great too!

“Fabulous apartment/perfect location”

It was easy to get to from the airport with a ferry to the Rialto Bridge and just a five minute walk to the apartment. It is situated in a nice square with a good restaurant, cafe, wine bar and a huge church! The small supermarket is two minutes walk away. The instructions prior to and during our journey from the host were perfect as were her recommendations-we tried two of her restaurants which were excellent but we wouldn’t have found them ourselves! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and safe. Two large bedrooms, bathroom and a living/dining/kitchen area. It was easy to get around Venice from here and we walked every day. It was a great place to stay with a host who was helpful every step of the way.

“Very comfortable, very convenient stay in the centre of Venice.”

Very easy walk to the apartment from the Rialto bridge ferry stop. Great location, right in the centre. Fifteen minute walk from either the train station to the north, or St Marks square in the south. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Easy to check in.

Location was absolutely beautiful and Sara was attentive. We had to make changes to our reservation and she was able to help me make those changes so that I could make it back home in time. The shutters were amazing once we closed them it was so dark, that we were able to sleep in longer than we had on our trip. I cannot wait to go back to Venice one day and stay here again.

The location was excellent. We were away from the main tourist area yet central to the famous sights and everything Venice had to offer and explored many quieter locations too. We were able to walk everywhere but if you needed, a vaporetto stop was two minutes walk away. The apartment was beautiful as well as comfortable. Sara our wonderful host was so prompt to answer any questions and help us, plus she made our arrival at 9pm so smooth with her clear instructions. There were great shops and restaurants close by plus a well stocked supermarket. At the end of our stay, we did not want to leave.

Sara's place is positively perfect for a trip to Venice. Location was great walkable to everything. Less than 5 minute walk to San Silvesto vaporetto stop. Tons of restaurants in area. The apartment it's self is fantastic. Sara has it perfectly equipped with everything you would ever need. Bed was very comfortable and the place is spotless clean. Dealing with Sara for instructions to find her apartment and for access was super easy. Sara is a great host.
