“The most magical place to stay.”

Such a wonderful place to stay in Venice - I cannot recommend it highly enough. Fabulous location, with a sunny terrace right on the Grand Canal, and a waterbus stop 4 minutes walk away. Elegant décor, 2 bathrooms, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, that was stocked with essentials and treats thanks to Alice, the delightful host/owner. Collecting the keys was seamless thanks to Alice's great communication, with her meeting us as soon as we got off the water ferry (Alilaguna) from the airport (the apartment is a short 5 mins walk from the Alilaguna ferry stop). If you are visiting Venice and want an exceptional experience treat yourselves and book this apartment.

Everything was perfect! I can’t put into words how beautiful this apartment is - looks better than the photos. We had been traveling for a month and this place felt like home! From its comfortable, inviting decor, well stocked kitchen (with lots of food and drinks supplied!) amazing linen on the beds and so comfy. Everything was perfect and Alice was the best host, nothing is too much trouble. On our last day trains had been cancelled and we had to get to Milan to fly out. She supplied information on trains that were still running ( something I could not work out!) and let us have late checkout whilst we waited for train. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Oh I forgot, the terrace - the terrace is something I’ll remember forever. Sitting and watching Venetian life for hours was magical!

“Absolutely perfect”

We spent 4 days here to celebrate our daughter’s 18th Birthday, and from the second we arrived it was perfect. Alice is quite possibly one of the nicest people we’ve met! She arranged a private water taxi to collect us from the airport which stops right outside the property, our daughter felt like a celebrity!! The villa is lovely and Alice has thought of everything. It’s a cosy little place with a lovely little terrace where we spent a lot of time watching the boats going past. The kitchen was well equipped and also well stocked for us with water, soft drinks, beer and a bottle of prosecco which we really appreciated, Alice even got a cake in for our daughters birthday a long with a little gift! The villa is in a great location where there are many shops, restaurants and cafes a short walk away. While we were there, we asked how to get to Murano and Alice arranged a water taxi to drop us off then pick us back up when we were ready. I would highly recommend staying here, we are definitely going to visit again, it really was perfect!!

The apartment had everything and more for a very comfortable stay, it was more like being a guest in someone’s house rather than a holiday rental. We chose it for it’s location, with a terrace on the grand canal, which gave a fascinating view of life in Venice.

A beautiful apartment with a charming and helpful hostess. Alice greeted us at a prearranged location to guide us to the apartment, even though we had travel disruption so were late and showed us to and around the apartment, part of an old palace. The furnishings, utilitarian goods (use of wellingtons and waterproofs) to sweet treats were of a high quality and the terrace is a fantastic location to watch life on the grand canal. All the little touches were so much appreciated. Probably the most well appointed and comfortable apartment we have stayed.

Alice was an absolutely fantastic host. She met us at the property, explained everything we needed to know, showed us to a very well-stocked fridge, provided some great tips on the area, and was always available to lend advice after the initial meet. The property itself was also fantastic - a beautiful spot on the Grand Canal that can be enjoyed from a lovely terraced area. Hours were spent watching the various types of boats go past. The area is also perfect for getting about. Almost everywhere is walkable, but, if you'd prefer to enjoy the canals to get from A to B, then there's a stop a few minutes away where you can catch one of the public boats that ferry people around Venice. An excellent apartment, overseen by an excellent host, in an excellent location. Couldn't recommend this highly enough.

“Don’t go past this real gem of Venice”

What’s not to like from the moment we booked the host was fantastic and always replied to our messages within hours gave us directions and meeting points on how to get there plus advise on restaurants used by locals with exception food The accommodation itself is stunning with the masterpiece being the private terrace on the grand canal which was simply magnificent There was plenty of condiments and the fridge was fully stocked for our use at no charge Alice even had a cake for us

Everything was exceptional. Alice, the host, met us upon arrival and even had a stocked fridge and cupboard for us! The wine and pastries were amazing. She had restaurant recommendations when we asked, and went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and a home away from home. Once we were settled, she left us to it. Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The terrace and location get a special mention. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and more. Perfect. We hope to get back someday... the accommodation was a destination of it's own.

Alice's apartment made our first visit to Venice just perfect! It was beautiful, couldn't fault a thing. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, immaculately clean, with the most friendly and generous welcome we've ever experienced. Amazing views sat out on the terrace over the Grand Canal, we would not hesitate to recommend Terrazza Momon to anyone, and we'd most certainly stay again if we were to visit Venice in the future. The apartment was very well presented, right on the Grand Canal and it is in an extremely convenient location coming either from the airport or the train station.

Location perfect. Apartment is on the Grand Canal, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal. It is an easy walk to major attractions including St Marks's Square and the Rialto, and it is a 5 minute walk to a Vaporetto stop. There are many good restaurants very close, as well as an excellent supermarket. Alice is wonderful - met us and took us to the apartment, which was well stocked with wine, beers, milk and snacks. She was always available with helpful advice, and made us feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location was fantastic and extremely well equipped. Alice our host was super accommodating and provided lots of extras at no extra cost. The service was first class and the terrace was to die for!
