Great selection from hot and cold food any breakfast with lovely service. From the minute we arrived service was very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - we loved the area and being away from the overcrowded areas which could still be easily reached if required. Water buses just a few minutes walk from hotel.

“Wonderful”
The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and took the time to show us around the entire room upon arrival. She was always available whenever we needed anything and made us feel truly welcome. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to her hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A great spacious room in a quieter location, mini bar, and coffee facilities. Very comfortable bed with nice linen. Cleaned daily and the breakfast was exceptional.

We booked 1 night at this hotel, the payment was made through booking, before check-in the money was completely debited from the card. The hotel asked to pay in cash, they refunded the money to the card, but did not return the money. Now they write that they do not have confirmation of payment in cash. As a result, a night at this hotel cost 600 euros instead of 300

“Stylish and well located. Great place!”
It's a stylish place. Clean, quiet and near some nice bars and restaurants and the Peggy Guggenheim collection. You step outside every morning (after an excellent breakfast) onto a lovely canal view. I loved it!

“Great location, staff and room”
The location is great, easy to access the center, there is a store 2 minutes away and a great restaurant just around the block. Room was very clean and refreshed daily. Heating system was easy to use and very useful. Breakfast was various, including pastry, meat, cheese, bread, gems, eggs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a joy seeing them in the morning. (Photos are from our departure🤭… )

“Absolutely perfect”
The location was perfect; easy to walk to everything but not in the super busy areas therefore not overcrowded. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was divine with plenty of options for a smaller hotel. Lastly the staff were among the most friendly and accommodating that we have ever experienced; they were very helpful before we arrived and nothing was too much of an ask. They really made the stay extra special.
