The apartment (Maison Laguna) is tastefully decorated and well maintained making it a very pleasant base whilst visiting Venice. It is in a great location; within comfortable walking distance of most of the main attractions, whilst also giving you a number of bars, restaurants and a decent supermarket all within a minutes walk from your front door. The waterside position and view from the apartment are an added bonus. The communications from the host were timely, clear and informative. I would highly recommend considering staying here when visiting Venice.

Very spacious and comfortable flat in the heart of San Polo - easy to walk anywhere in Venice, less crowded and touristy than San Marco (accepting that is a really low bar). Good local amenities - bars, restaurants, grocery store, self-service laundrette not too far away. Easy to contact the hosts. Generally very quiet and peaceful. Rock solid wi-fi. Plenty of storage space, so you don't feel you are living out of your suitcase. Marvellous view from the lounge. Generally well stocked flat - loads of towels, enough complimentary coffee and jam, cotton buds and make-up remover pads (!), loved the shampoo :)

We had the best time with my family at Veronica's Suite in Venice! The place is located at the heart of the island. Veronica is the best host, helping us navigate the Venetian tourist activities.

Excellent location, very welcoming host, who answered all our questions about potential places to visit and restaurants. Impeccable cleanliness, there was a minimarket right outside the location. The night was quiet, we literally didn't hear any noise and were able to rest without any issues. I highly recommend it. On our next visit, we will stay at the same place!

Spacious and modern interior - very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. The first accomodation of many where we stayed this trip which had a map of the city and restaurant cards available in the apartment. Great for longer stays and 3-4 people. The apartment was well appointed for cooking. Gondolas will pick you up and drop you off right outside by the church. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

A beautiful apartment that has all the facilities of a home. It is well located away from the chaos of S Marco but you step out the front door straight onto a gondola if you want. A helpful host and instructions were accurate and clear.

Amazing apartment! Loved everything about our stay in Venice, and in Veronica's and Margherita wonderful apartment. Everything about the apartment was unbeatable - location, atmosphere, homeliness, spacious, decor, cleanliness - the list goes on. Ultimatey, I couldn't image staying anywhere better in Venice. Very central, modern but with the character of the old building. Very comfortable with stunning views. Veronica whose family own the building and let out the apartment could not do enough for us. Surprised my daughter with a water taxi organised by Veronica. We had an amazing meal with a restaurant with stunning views again organised by Veronica.
