This excellent apartment is in a very convenient location: a ten-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, and in the other direction is the promenade and park. It is very convenient in terms of transportation, with direct access to the airport from the station. There are several small supermarkets nearby. The windows overlook the main entrance to the Arsenale, and in the morning and evening, there are almost no tourists here, and it is quiet. And most notably, the owner is polite and flexible in his approach.

Absolutely the best place to stay with amazing hospitality and location. The apartment has everything for a comfortable long term trip and even exeeds expectations. Always happy to go back!

Perfect location, for the Biennale and Via Garibaldi, and just 5 minutes from Arsenale vaporetto stop. Yet peaceful. Thoughtfully decorated, with enough space and everything we needed, including supplies such as olive oil and coffee. There were also guidebooks and phrase books. Extremely considerate. And Laura was so welcoming and friendly.

Great apartment with great facilities and a welcoming host who took time to show us around the facilities and share her knowledge about Venice. Perfect location for St Marks Square and the Vaporetto stop. It had a great restaurant on the doorstep in the beautiful square outside.

Laura is an amazing host. She was in contact and advised us how to get to the right jetty. She met us at the vaporetto station and walked to the property. She is welcoming and very sweet. The place looks authentically Venitian. Air conditioner worked well and all the facilities functioned properly. There is everything one may need for a good stay. Getting around was easy, there are eateries and grocery stores not far from the place. The place is on the ground floor with two windows, entrance is from a narrow quiet lane. Arsenal is across a small campo. This campo is very romantic in the evening.

Absolutely amazing stay at Ai Leoni Suite! We stayed for four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our host, Laura, was incredibly charming and gracious. She met us at the Arsenale vaporetto station and provided us with wonderful tips for exploring the area, including the delightful Garibaldi street nearby, full of shops and restaurants.The apartment itself is a perfect blend of traditional and modern, offering a cozy atmosphere with all the comforts you could need. It was immaculately clean, and we found the bed to be very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, even including an orange squeezer, and we greatly appreciated the iron for our wrinkled shirts. Laura also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, complete with tips on how to best savor it. This personal touch made our stay even more special. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. With a beautiful view from the window, it’s perfectly situated in the Arsenale area, close to the San Marco landmark. It offers easy access to Venice's bustling tourist spots while being nestled in a quiet area where you can explore a different, more tranquil side of the city. Additionally, Lido is just two vaporetto stations away, making it convenient for a beach trip if you have the time. We truly felt like we had the best of Venice at our doorstep. Highly recommend Leoni Suite for an unforgettable stay in Venice!

The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, located very close to Vaporetto stop. If you want to avoid crowds of the tourists I strongly reccomend you this apartment. You will feel the real taste of Venice. The host is lovely! Thank you, we had great stay in the apartment!
