The location was amazing. Never expected it to be so close to everything - St Marks Square, bars and restaurants, the boat station.

“Updated flat, clean, comfortable, good location, good host communication”
The apartment was very clean, updated and close to the water taxi (3 mins walk ). The 2 bed Rooms were a good size, kitchen had all the necessary equipment, beds were very comfortable, clean white linens and towels, and since most Venice apartments don't have lifts (elevators) this one was particularly easy with just one short flight of stairs from ground level, which was easy even with us having heavy luggage. Host gave us clear instructions on how to get to the location from the water taxi drop off and someone met us to hand over the keys and gave us plenty of good local information. Water pressure and temperature was good and bathrooms very clean and well maintained.

The location could not have been better-ideally placed near iconic landmarks-with coffee shops and bars /restaurants on the doorstep! Being met by the owner was reassuring and simple

“Fantastic location, spotlessly clean & very comfortable”
Luca was great at correspondence with me, before the trip and during check in and check out. Every question was answered in such a friendly way and nothing was a bother. I met another staff member on the day of checkout and she was also so helpful and friendly.The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the location is superb. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

“A nice, clean apartment at an excellent location.”
The apartment was very clean, with good beds and at an excellent location. The description of the apartment is accurate. Also the showers were good, and the wooden shutters for the windows make the bedroom as dark as desired. Upon request, we received a new set of clean towels for the two nights we stayed there. The host guided us with clear instructions to the location. Really a very nice place and I would have given it a 9 or 10, if it wasn’t for the AC. See below.

“Perfect apartment in the perfect location :)”
Just Perfect :) beautiful apartment in a perfect location right next to the Saint Marks square. The personnel was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. The apartament was very clean and well kept. We can for sure recommend it :)
