One of the most busy moment in Venice during The Biennale. Lucky to have been there. Huge thank you to Valentina who was so nice and helpful. Everything is smooth in the communication ! The room is incredibly well situated, clean and confortable without noise. Thank you for the short stay !

“Everything was perfect during our short stay in Venice.”
Giuliano was an impeccable host—extremely helpful with all our questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Federica was also lovely and very helpful, showing us the way to the accommodation and explaining everything clearly. The place is small and cozy, croissants, coffee have been a really nice touch and its location is fantastic: just a 2-minute walk from the Basilica and St. Mark’s Square, which is a huge bonus when navigating Venice’s narrow maze of streets 🙂

“Super happy”
I had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything i wanted to see and do, yet still quiet at night. Valentina was friendly, responsive, and made sure i had everything I needed for a smooth and easy stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The location is absolutelly perfect -1 minut from Piazza San Marco. Decent and unexpected breakfeast, perfect wi-fi. Perfect tidiness, friendly and responsives hosts. Just love it!

Very close to everything on foot, and to water taxis for airport/Murano island. Clean, well upkept facilities. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom all clean and seemed new! Maid service was good. Quiet once windows and shutters were closed.

“Wonderful location, house has everything you need”
The location was perfect, right in the middle of the town and about a 2 minute walk from the main square. Room was clean and nicely decorated with a light breakfast snack restocked everyday.
