“It was a great holiday”
The property is very clean, the rooms and living room are very spacious, and it's very close to the center. The staff who served us were very polite and helped us with our luggage. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again if we return.

A tastefully decorated, old-style apartment in an ideal location—right next to the S. Zacharia vaporetto stop and St. Mark's Square. The heating wasn't working when we arrived - despite it being a Saturday evening, the problem was quickly resolved, for which we are very grateful! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, warm, and cozy. I think I'll return, although I might look for an apartment with a balcony at a different time of year—but probably with the same agency.

“A nice place to experience the center of Venice!”
The location is an iconic spot and the apartment is very spacious. The windows overlooking the canal and hearing the morning activity is special. It’s very centrally located and easy to get to the main sites.

“A perfect place to experience the beauty and challenges of life in Venice”
We stayed in the canal view apartment which is like a palace. It is amazing! Stunning and walkable to everywhere. Was great to be met right next door given access is down a small lane way. A perfect way to experience life in Venice. The coop supermarket on the edge of the the island near Ospedale was great, bigger and better than others nearby and 5-10 mins walk away. Had a lovely dinner at a restaurant in Campo Santi Giovanni E Paolo.

What a fabulous location and smoothly and professionally managed by very experienced, thoughtful and helpful staff. Staff responsiveness and communication is next level fabulous. The beds are comfortable and Location and decor contribute to the romance of a wonderful Venice experience. Plenty of room for two parents and three kids. Warmly recommend.
