Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by the host and shown around this beautiful Venetian apartment We were shown maps and given reccomendations. Close to water taxi drop off location, minimart, restaurants and short stroll to all the sights. The portent was furnished beautifully, all amenities provided.

Just loved the central location, traditional beam ceiling, interesting layout, lovely views of a narrow city street & a square.

We stayed in the San Marco apartment and it was perfectly located and was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The apartment is very large and we could have very happily stayed longer. Equipped with all the facilities you need - including kitchen and washing machine. Serena is a great host and helped with advice and recommendations for the area. 10/10 would gladly come back!

“Unforgettable stay”

Nice, spacious, comfy flat in the heart of Venice. It was just minutes away from San Marco and Rialto Bridge so we didn't need to use other means of transport. The host was punctual, kind and flexible and kept us informed about the best places to visit, eat and shop. The flat had it all: 2 bathrooms for a family of 4, a very well equipped kitchen and even a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge. Overall, an unforgettable stay that I would always repeat.

Charming house with good sized room and wonderful light especially in the Living Room. Spacious bedrooms, living Room and Kitchen. The outside space (balcony) was much appreciated. The general location of the property allowed for a quiet area but with very good access to the local attractions. having a small shop (Alimentari) nearby was very useful.

Apartment is located in the heart of San Marco but unbelievably quiet. Mrs Serena was so attentive, and did her best to make our stay comfortable, despite the fact that she was traveling abroad.

Everything was perfect!!! They had everything in the house even umbrellas for the rainy days !! Everything was clean and the apartment was next to sant Mark’ s square. When I come back I will definitely stay here again

Perfect stay in the heart of Venice! If you want to be right in the center of Venice, just a few steps from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, yet still enjoy peace and quiet — this is the perfect place. The apartment is both central and calm, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. You truly feel at home; nothing was missing. A huge thanks to our wonderful host, Serena, who was always available, attentive, and did her best to make our stay special. Her recommendations and assistance from arrival to departure were exceptional. The photos perfectly reflect reality. We highly recommend this apartment — it’s a true gem in Venice!

Spacious apartment very centrally located. Although kitchen is small it has all the utensils and appliances one may need including basic necessities such as coffee, sugar, olive oil etc and a bottle of wine! Very good communication with the host. Although very central it was quiet at night (with the windows closed).

Great location, clean and comfortable with large rooms with nice decoration. Ideal for family stay. Crib and baby chair was prepared. Pile of coffee and tea were provided and cups and saucers and all plates are very pretty. Serena was very nice and caring with quick reply, gave us rate check out since it was no guests coming in the following date. One of the best experiences. Will come back.
