Nice cosy apartment in Zattere. Close to vaporetto stops that will take you to everything there is to see in Venice. And easily accessible from piazzale Roma (parking). Quiet spot.

“We're coming back.”
A comfortable apartment in an excellent location. It has everything that you need. The host went out of his way to help us when we were delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only down side was the lack of a balcony, but hey, who needs that if you have Venice outside the front door!

Beautiful apartment away from the more tourist areas. Located on a quite, small canal, the sound of the water creates a wonderful atmosphere. Loved our stay.

“A nice apartment in a superb location.”
This is a comfortable apartment ideal for a couple with two children who are willing to share a room. It has two bathrooms and everything you need including washing machine and choice of coffee-makers! The location is superb, five minutes or so from the Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim and the end of the Dorsoduro. There is an excellent little supermarket round the corner. Very close to several useful vaporetto stops.
