Great location away from the crowds but within a few metres of some great restaurants. Staff were amazing, literally couldn’t do enough for you.

The hotel offers nice, comfortable rooms that make for a very pleasant stay. Its location is especially convenient if you’re travelling by train, as it’s only about a 5-minute walk from the station. It’s also very accessible for airport travel, with a bus stop less than 10 minutes away. The staff are amazing—very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort.

“Beautiful comfortable hotel made our stay in Venice memorable”

Beautiful boutique hotel it was in a great quiet area, the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing lots of scrumptious food to eat. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants close by. Close to train station, we caught a ferry bus that took us to train station instead of lugging our luggage over the huge bridge. This was about 4 min walk from hotel no bridge to cross.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel located conveniently close to the vaporetto, as well as within walking distance of both the bus and train stations. The surrounding area is full of charming cafés and restaurants frequented by locals, which adds an authentic atmosphere to the stay. The hotel staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very beginning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and maintained daily to a high standard. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide selection of high-quality food to start the day perfectly. We visit Venice regularly, and this hotel will definitely be our first choice next time. I highly recommend it for a truly special and memorable stay.

Great hotel in excellent location for train station and Rialto. Lovely garden /outside area for drinks etc. Staff in particular were fantastic and very helpful and in particular arranged our return to airport via taxi at very early time very professionally .

Thank you so much for this incredibly wonderful stay! Above all, we felt so comfortable and at home thanks to Anna, the charming breakfast staff member. Anna was always attentive, anticipated our every need, was friendly, and created a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. We were only there for two nights, but she remembered how we like our coffee or tea and greeted us with a smile. We were there with our mother and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Many thanks also to Mateo, who made our welcome so pleasant, and to Eleonora, who handled our departure and check-out smoothly and reliably arranged a water taxi for a reasonable price us.

The hotel is just perfect for a stay in Venice. The rooms were so clean and we really loved the Venetian style of the place. The staff, especially Anna from the breakfast restaurant made it feel like home away from home. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back soon!
