The apartment was in an excellent location being so close to all of the major sights and to the more authentic cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and nicely appointed and bathed in lots of natural light from the French doors overlooking one of the canals. There was a lift to help with luggage and when you felt too lazy to walk up two flights of stairs. The bathroom was modern with lots of storage space and there was good water pressure & drainage with all the plumbing. We loved being able to sit at the dining table for breakfast with a beautiful view over the canal. A quintessential Venice experience. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and I’d highly recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Venice. We parked our car, and most luggage, at the Tronchetto car park (should reserve in advance) and caught the vaporetto. It’s a 3 minute walk to the apartment from the San Zaccaria stop.

JUST PERFECT! IT WAS 5' FROM THE VAPORETTO STOP,5' FROM SAN MARCO SQUARE AND GENERALLY IN PERFECT SPOT.IT WAS VERY LARGE AND SPOTLESS CLEANED.THE OWNER SO KIND AND HE GAVE US ALL THE INFO WE WOULD NEED.IF EVER BACK IN VENICE WE WOULD 1000% COOSE IT AGAIN.

What a gem of a find this was...bang smack in the middle of Venice and a stone's throw away from the best sights. Comfortable, clean, brilliant shutters to block out the noise and light ensured that we slept perfectly. So easy to get to as Luca meets you upon arrival and takes you straight to the apartment. All in all.. I would say that the San Zaccaria apartment was one of the highlights of the most wonderful visit to Venice...simply perfect....thank you!

Fantastic location, incredible hosts, beautiful room with gorgeous little balcony overlooking section of the canal. Nice touches in the room e.g snacks, drinks, toiletries etc. We had an issue after checkout and the hosts took time out of their day to come and help us, so greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you for the lovely hospitality

Beautiful, spacious and clean property in a fabulous location. Lovely view from the small balcony. Just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square Our host met us at the water bus stop and was extremely helpful. We had a late flight so said we could checkout wherever we liked as there was no booking that day- this was very much appreciated, thank you!

The apartment's location was excellent. A short walk to the top sightseeing locations. Extremely comfortable and clean. Despite its central location we had 4 superb night's sleep. Luca very kindly greeted us at the Alilaguna stop and escorted us to the apartment which was only a 5min walk. We would stay at the apartment again if we revisit Venice.

Friendly and welcome hosts. Went out of their way to help us wheel our luggage from the nearby water bus to the Apartment. Apartment is beautifully furnished overlooking a major thoroughfare canal. We had a drink each night from the balcony overlooking the gondola rides gliding under the bridge and up stream. Best apartment we stayed in during our nine week holiday from Poland to Venice.

Comfortable apartment, with all you need for a few days in Venice. The location was great. Close to the touristic attractions but in a quiet and authentic square.

I can't say enough about this place. Luca, the host was very accommodating. The apartment was clean. A bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected for this amazing location. Minutes from all of the major attractions. I highly recommend!
