“Fabulous apartment, we will return.”

Wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly and provided great information, instructions about how to get to the apartment which were easy to follow and details about local places to eat and buy groceries were very helpful. We asked where we could purchase a small vegetable knife and Camilla purchased some for us and brought the over. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated with a good size kitchen which included a dishwasher and good size fridge. The small terrace was very welcome for alfresco dining. The apartment is well situated between St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge which was perfect for us. We will be more than happy to stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Camilla and Betty for making our time in Venice so enjoyable.

We loved the position of this apartment. It was right in the middle of everything but was very quiet.The lift was a welcome bonus and the balcony was fantastic. Beds were comfort and decor was very nice. There was a large supermarket very close by and the water bus stop was easy to walk to.

San Marco 3 was a very comfortable apartment. Betty was an absolute delight and was very helpful. The lovely treats she provided were most appreciated. The beds were good and the bed linens of a good quality

Fabulous, clean, well-maintained apartment in the heart of Venice. Minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The host Camilla met us at the property and sent us many great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could possibly need, Camilla even left us little welcome gifts such as coffee, tea and biscuits. We were happy to have a lift to take us directly to the apartment! The location is fantastic, lots of lovely cafés and shops are nearby. The apartment is in a quiet building and was very peaceful. A great bonus is the outside balcony where you can sit and enjoy the lovely view over the Venetian rooftops and have a coffee and relax. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the apartment are great, a fridge with mini freezer, a gas job, oven, coffee maker etc. It's easy to have a nice meal in the morning before heading out for the day and it is in such a central location, it is easy to pop back to the apartment to drop bags and take a little rest in the day. Overall, a wonderful property I would stay in again.

Host was at the property to meet us. Great communication on how to get there. Very clean, comfortable and modern with everything that we needed. No washing machine but a laundromat was located nearby. In a great location near to restaurants, shops and an easy walk to the Grand Canal for transport.

“Lovely comfortable apartment with very peaceful balcony”

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a lovely welcome by the host. Although the apartment is in a busy area it was very quiet inside and the balcony was a peaceful retreat with no noise from the street below. The lift was very welcome with luggage.

“Perfect stay at Venice”

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. You will not regret choosing this apartment if you come to Venice. First of all, the host was just phenomenal. She greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcomed us into the apartment herself to check us in. She was also there at check out to say goodbye and helped us bring our luggage downstairs. She also prepared us a bottle of sparkling wine and flower decorations to celebrate our honeymoon, which really made our day. Communication during the stay was also so convenient as the host replied within minutes to all our questions. Every effort showed how much they cared about the guests, and I was truly touched by their hospitality. The lift worked SO GREAT and was super convenient. The next apartment we went to in Firenze did not have a lift, and it was very draining to lift all three giant luggage upstairs. HOWEVER, THIS apartment, even with its perfect location being at the center of the city, still has a lift. If you have luggage, you won't regret choosing this apartment. The apartment is also in the perfect location. It is located near enough to San Marco Square that the walk to it is enjoyable and adds to the experience but not too close so that it is loud and busy. The apartment was strangely quiet even though it was in the heart of the city. There are utensils (but no oil or salt&pepper) and glasses so you can cook your meals. There is also a cute terrace where I had my morning coffee every day, which was provided by the host. It was also so wonderful that she prepared enough coffee pods for the whole stay. Also, the BED oh my god the bed was really soft and comfortable. The bed where I am staying in Firenze (I'm writing this review in Firenze) is SO hard and the host was not even here to greet us so we got lost on our way in. I saw a negative review about taking the trash out but if you check out even 1 hour earlier than the check out time you don't need to take the trash out.

“A beautiful apartment”

This place can have no less than 5 stars. Everything was absolutely perfect, you can tell Camilla & Betty have put so much time and energy into making a beautiful apartment. There is a lot of attention to detail, from the choice of linen, to some welcome treats and slippers. The apartment is beautiful. Having an outside area is such a treat and we enjoyed many morning coffees out there. The beds are super comfortable & the access to the apartment including a lift is almost unheard of in Venice! Still the stairs are fine, we did both! The location is right in the hussle and bustle of Venice so it is very quick to walk everywhere, Biennale and Guggenheim only taking 20 mins. But when your in the apartment you couldn’t hear the noise of people passing by which was very relaxing. Easy to access from Marco Polo with the Alilaguna and a 4 min walk to the apartment from there. Camilla also met us at check in and was so friendly, made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information which was great. They also were extremely helpful by letting us check in early as we had an early flight which was so kind. This is our 3rd time in Venice and when we return again we will be sure to book this place!

“Great location and a nice apartment”

The location is perfect for sightseeing. Very central and a short walk from all the main attractions, but still remarkably quiet at night. Communication with Camilla during our stay was excellent. She was very helpful.

The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful. She has made our early check-in possible by having the cleaner finished before our arrival. What we appreciate most is that there a lift to the apartment and it’s very rare in Venise. Balcony is very appreciated too as we can use when the weather is bright and sunny. Generally, we had a wonderful stay in Venise.
