The location was excellent. The communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was also very soundproof.

When we arrived we notified the property manager that the heating was not working, the hot water was not working and the wifi was not working. Communication about a solution was very poor and a maintenance man did not come until the following morning. In the meantime we had no heaters in the middle of winter and no showers as only cold water. It was not a pleasant nights sleep. After these issues were fixed on the second day we asked for a refund for the night before. A small credit was given but it was only a fraction of what we had paid for the room and despite our requests they refused a refund. Very disappointing experience that affected our stay in Venice. Would not recommend this property.

Good location Spacious

Like others have said. This place is amazing for its location (on the corner of two canals) right near the Rialto bridge. It's also a very large apartment, with separate lounge room, two bathrooms and kitchen. Main bedroom also huge.

Everything was excellent. Very big apartment with 2 big separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen and very big bathroom. You have an amazing view to the canal from almost all the rooms. Location was perfect, close near all the attractions.

The apartment is very clean. Clean towels and bed linen.

Perfect location, everything just a walk away. Nice comfortable apartment with living area large bedrooms. Washing machine at property for laundry.

View on canal is amazing. Located close to everything important and to public transport. Simple modern flat. Gondola service and trattoria just 10 meters away. AC worked. Washing machine was good to have (we didn’t use). Once you found the flat, access is easy. Located in smaller alley so not much noise from the street. Located next to Casanova House. Host provided PDF on how to find it and how to access it.
