“Beautiful apartment, short walk from Grand Canal”
The property was warm and comfortable. Very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything you needed was provided including tea, coffee and toilet rolls. Location was a few minutes walk from The Grand Canal. I loved the rooftop terrace.

“An excellent place to stay”
The flat was beautifully clean, the host friendly and very helpful. The terrace was a lovely place to sit with shelter from the sun if desired. Being close to a Co-op was very useful.

“Nice appartment with garden seating, in a quiet yet easy to acces area”
We loved the friendly and informative approach of Elisabetta, who took care of us and provided all necessary info. The building is well equipped, spacious enough, with bathroom separated from toilet (advantage when 4 guests). The inner garden is beautiful and relaxing, ideal for everyday breakfast and late night prosecco time. The area is quiet but close to the channel, about 3 min to vaporetto and also close to the bus/train station (10-15min on foot) Supermercato nearby. Thank you.

Superb location a short walk from bus and train stations. Very close to 2 small supermarkets and lots of bars and restauarnts near by. Good communication from host. Beautiful terrace overlooking gardens.

“Wonderful apartment”
Our whole trip to Venice was exceptional but having such a welcoming homely apartment to come back to was lovely. Elisabetta and Laura were wonderful and I am sure we will be back.

The location was great, central but quiet. The private garden was also very nice, a bit of green and seclusion in the hustle and bustle of Venice. Very close to some great food and the train station.
