“Great hotel in excellent location with exceptional breakfast”

Great hotel in fabulous location. Staff were really helpful too, letting us know by WhatsApp as soon as our room was ready as we arrived quite early. Lovely clean room, lots of storage. Bathroom was great too. The breakfast was exceptional - so many vegetarian options, great cakes, really good coffee.

The staff were lovely and the room was fantastic. The location was also very nice as it was quiet yet really close to everything we wanted to see.

Excellent location, friendly and really helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is very good and plentiful. My room was bright, and airy, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it's really convenient to get to San Marco and all the sites but not so close that it cost a fortune. Definitely would book again if when I go back to Venice.

There was a room is pretty much all I can see has going for the hotel. It's relatively modern and clean is pretty much all I can see about the hotel. Otherwise, there isn't much to like.

Hotel is in our favourite area of Venice, relatively quiet, close to the Grand Canal, high quality cafes, restaurants, art shops, Peggy Guggenheim Museum, Accademia. Very friendly and helpful staff, 24/7. Our room, 205, was spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, light and airy room with two windows overlooking the canal. Hotel is within walking distance to the Vaporetto station to Venice Marco Polo Airport. We stayed for 3 nights and would certainly stay here again!
