It was in an excellent location. Central to everything. The property was clean and tidy, had all amenities. Lovely property which we would go back to. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The flat is in a great location, very convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The sinks, toilets and towels were all very clean. The ‘meet and greet’ was courteous and on time.

“Gorgeous property in the heart of the city - a real gem!”
Gorgeous property in the heart of the city. It was lovely to look out do the window and watch the gondolas go passed! Facilities were excellent and the contact super. We had a small issue with leaking sink and this was rectified immediately!

“We loved it, no hesitation returning”
Property was in a great location, gelato store straight out front door, supermarket few extra steps, gondola rides also few steps, 10 minute walk from ferry’s from the train station. Easy access to main part of Venice and access to transport. Rooms were lovely, despite its close proximity to hustle and bustle, once windows and shutters closed, it was so quiet. Great airconditioning and other facilities. We enjoyed looking out the windows and watching the activities on the street. Possibly our bad but we did expect a washing machine, although it was present, it wasn’t working. There was a laundromat a few minutes away. Staff waited at the front door for us, tricky to find the first time as it blends into the other buildings with no distinguishing features, We loved our time here and would have no hesitation using again

Superb location, the flat is fully refurbished, yet kept a venitian style. Every window has a different view to canal/street. Everything is close. The neighbourhood is vibrant, yet the double window and the good air conditioning allow to stay quiet. I was able to "work from home" from the apartment in excellent conditions while the kids were visiting. There is even a washing machine for who wishes to travel light!

Spacious and comfy apartment that is in a very good location, near the Rialto bridge. We liked that there are 2 bathrooms for 6 of us, and the air conditioning was a great respite from the summer heat.

“Great 3 night stay”
This apartment was very well located just a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and was clean and tidy. Our host, Enrico was in touch with us from the minute we landed and met us outside the apartment and took us in and showed us around and answered any questions. Enrico was also on hand over the weekend to help us out with a couple of minor problems.

Great localization. The apartment has two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus a living room with a kitchenette. View of the small canals from the bedroom and dining room. The gondolier station is right next to the apartment. Every attraction can be reached on foot. Return to the apartment for a change of wardrobe or other needs. Great organization and contact with the owner, who adapts to the arrival time.
