This property is not safe or suitable for guests, especially families with children or older individuals. The stairs are in poor condition and crumbling across four flights, posing a clear hazard. Basic amenities were unacceptable. None of the sinks or the bath had stoppers, making them unusable. The bedding had clearly not been properly cleaned, as we found hairs on it upon arrival. The kitchen is also misleadingly advertised, as there is no oven. The most serious issue was the complete loss of electricity at 7:55pm. When we contacted the office, we were told it was a simple fix involving the fuse board. However, the fuse box was locked, and the property managers (Wonderful Italy) did not even know where the key was. This is completely unacceptable. As a result, we were left overnight with no electricity, no water, no working plugs, and no refrigeration—leading to spoiled food. More importantly, my daughter, who suffers from severe asthma and requires a nebuliser at night, was put at risk. Despite clearly explaining the medical urgency, no meaningful assistance was provided. We were simply told someone would come the next day. We followed up again at 9am and only by 10:30am were we finally told where to find the key to restore power ourselves. Because of this delay, we missed planned activities, and my daughter spent the day unwell due to lack of access to her medical equipment. We requested a refund for one night and compensation for the spoiled food. This was dismissed with no care or accountability. This experience shows a complete lack of responsibility and concern for guest safety and wellbeing. I will be sharing this experience widely.

Working shutters to keep out the light and outside noise to the front. No door on bedroom two. Curtains not meeting together to cut out light in bedroom one [needed to buy pegs]. No breadboard or wine glasses. Shower in cubicle not heating up. No apparent plug in the bath or shower screen - makes bathroom wet and smell damp. A kettle would have been useful.

Great location. Very spacious apartment with great balcony. Much bigger than we thought it would be based on pictures. Over looks a small campo. Heating was on and was perfect temperature at all times. Small supermarket very nearby. Lovely restaurants very close by. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, we experienced a persistent short circuit problem in the kitchen. Every time we tried to turn on the electric stove tops, there was a loud "popping" sound, followed by the circuit tripping. This issue prevented us from being able to cook dinner that night, even though we had already purchased groceries with the intention of preparing a meal. I also contacted customer service to report the issue, but I was informed that the earliest a repairman could come was the next day. Since we were only staying for one night and planned to leave early in the morning, this was not a possible solution for us. Additionally, the water tank in the toilet appears to be defective, as the water was continuously flowing all night. The sound was loud enough that I could hear it from the other room, making it difficult to rest. These issues were quite distressing and significantly impacted our stay. We are also concerned about the safety of the electrical problem and the overall maintenance of the property, and we sincerely hope that both are addressed promptly for the well-being of future guests. Given the inconvenience and disruption caused, we kindly request compensation for this incident—whether it be in the form of a partial refund for the night or a discount on a future stay. We believe this would be a fair resolution and greatly appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
