Very large apartment with plenty of space to sit and relax. Exceptional views of the canal and Rialto bridge. Met by Mattia at the water taxi and helped us to the room. Well appointed kitchen.

The location of the property is fantastic overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and had an amazing view of the fireworks.

“Birthday weekend with the family”
Everything was incredibly perfect. We were met by Ilaria who had prepared info and goodies and we felt very welcomed. The apt is amazing and the view is unbelievable. I won't hesitate to reserve again in the future!

Everything! The location is top notch with a killer view. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautiful and Ilaria was an absolute delight as host. She was so helpful and accomodating and gave us all the inside info on eating where the locals eat!

location is just perfect!!! I can’t even imagine what could be better and I am not for the first time in Venice and had many other “experiences”. The owner is extremely nice and always ready to help in any possible way. we were 9 women in the flat and each of us was absolutely happy with the quality, everything is very clean and one can have coffee with the view to the Rialto bridge.
