The location is perfect - a few minute walk from the bus station or you can take Vaporetto to S.Toma and from there it's a 3 min.walk. The apartment was everything you could wish for in Venice. 2 bathrooms is a big plus. Guests can have great, reasonably priced, all-day meals and drinks at a nearby bar/restaurant (50m away) and get 20% discount on everything there. The restaurant staff is very friendly, easy going and helpful. It's also cosmopolitan, so you can communicate in many languages (including Polish with Ania). I highly recommend this place and will be more than happy to stay there again. ❤️❤️❤️

Location was great, walking distance to the train and airport bus. Views of the canal from the apartment was special. Staff were helpful and responsive.

This apartment is in a stunning location, right in the heart of Venice, within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, and the Rialto bridge, and surrounded by good bars and eateries. The decor is a little faded, but it has bundles of character and wonderful views over church and canal. It made an excellent base for exploring this extraordinary city.

The size of the room is big, considering this is Venice. Although the bathrooms were small as described by the other reviewers, having two bathrooms is great for our family stay. Given that this is Venice (our second time here), this apartment is great for value! We would come here again.

“Dirty, gross, waste of money!”

It started off strange, when straight after booking we were told check in takes place at a random bar around the corner and we need to pay in full in cash upon arrival (I feel like that should be noted prior to booking) when we arrived at the bar, they were slow to get things arranged as they were also serving customers. Eventually we got into the apartment and things unfortunately didn’t get much better. Everything smelt, every cupboard in the kitchen had a damp mouldy scent. The bathrooms were so small you could hardly fit. The beds were horrible, springs were snapping on us in the night and the pillow was the lumpiest thing I have ever slept on. Woke up with neck pain every day. The floors were slanting and sticky, with crumbs and dust and just unclean and gross. The place needs some serious tlc, and for what we paid, we were extremely disappointed. And the one time I sent a message with a question about check out and what to do with the keys, I got no response.
