The staff was very rude and kept us firstly waiting outside and not responding to our call then once we entered we were kept waiting again for staff to arrive to the property all this was during checking time at 16.00

“Good value for money”
I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place. It’s super-central, just steps from Rialto, affordable for Venice (at least when I visited on December 25), and the staff were helpful. We stayed in a two-level room with a spacious, clean bathroom that perfectly suited our needs. I came in expecting the worst based on other reviews, but my experience was completely different.

The room was in a very central location with many shops around, located between San marco and Rialto. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in before time.

The Room wss not as Discribed in picture No Iiron No dugar milk No sopon. Just a broken kettle. Shower door broken I dud message the Owner anout the milk and keytle but no response.
