We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The apartment was super clean, stylish and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and the location was great (central where it was all happening but down a quiet alleyway). The little courtyard is a pretty and relaxing spot.

“Absolute perfection”
This hard to find words to describe how much we enjoyed staying at Residenza Ducato. It started with amazing communication before we arrived with a warm welcome and information on how to navigate our arrival in Venice. We took their kind offer of organising a water taxi who messaged us and picked us up right outside the train. When we arrived at the dock we were welcomed by a staff member who escorted us through a short walk to the hotel. The rooms are exactly like the photos, absolutely gorgeous. Location was brilliant. Venice is such a beautiful chaotic place but we felt we had a little oasis to return to that was perfectly located. The team are just lovely and welcomed us like family gave great recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend

Excellent stay! The location is perfect, and the apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very enjoyable. “Fabulous, elegant & beautiful place to stay in Venice”
It was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Very close to the Rialto Vaporetto stop and well placed for lovely restaurants. Valentina & Paula were lovely. Very thoughtful & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and the surprise pastries on the door on our 2nd day were a delight! Thank you ☺️

Very nice location, Paola & Valentina are so helpful with everything. They organized private watertaxi from airport and picked us up at pier. 3 min walking to hotel. They did also surprise us with croissant breakfast one day, that was so nice! They even helped us with some issues we had with Vaporetto tickets. Supernice people, location and very clean!
