Our host, Rudolfo offers a lovely and quiet residence in the heart of Venice. Just a few minutes walk from Academia....maybe 5-6 minutes from St. Mark's. Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff and a small but very fresh breakfast. Perfect!

Rezidence Corte Antica is small beautiful hotel in main district of the Venice. The room was very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. The staff were professional and very friendly. I would also like to mention the excellent breakfast.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Spacious, well equipped and clean. There was a well stocked mini fridge and plenty of storage. Breakfasts were amazing with a good selection including fresh fruit. We have stayed in several accommodations in Italy and Residenza Corte Antica B & B was by far the best. Located in the heart of San Marco. Close to everything you need. We would highly recommend it.

“Great little find in Venice”

This B&B is a great find and very close to the San Samuele vaporetto stop. Rodolfo met us at the B&B, he was helpful and very knowledgeable giving tips on things to see and places to eat. He supplied a map and marked areas of interest. As we were early our room was not quite ready but we were shown to a small bathroom downstairs to allow us to freshen up and change into something cooler, we were able to leave our luggage which was taken to our room when ready. The room was lovely with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lilia who helped with the breakfast was a delight. Breakfast is not a full English but if like us you prefer the more continental breakfast you will not be disappointed, food was plentiful and consisted of cereal, cold meats, cheese, rolls croissants, small cakes, orange juice and other pastries/biscuits. We will definitely return.

The room was spacious in comparison to many rooms in Venice. It was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were also great, very helpful and welcoming!

This is a beautiful hotel, in the heart of Venice. The room is very clean, stylish, and has a great smell. It has everything you need, from slippers to a mini bar. We were very satisfied. The owner was very nice and friendly, and he explained where to go and was always available. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were great and helpful. Great location. Dirty under the bed and on top of wardrobe. Rodolfo was very helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out as late flight. Very comfortable bed.
