“Perfection”

Beautiful, spacious apartment. We stayed with my pet and there is the perfect park for walks right on the doorstep. Only 15min walk from parking and main station. Also very close walking to all main attractions. Would highly recommend and definately would stay again.

Excellent option for big groups. Centrally located next to the water taxi, train station and bus station.

The location was great! We had great communication with Giovanni to plan our arrival and he met with us at the agreed meeting time and explained the important thing that we needed to know about the apartment. Overall the apartment is a good size for two couples and having a small lift in the building to assist with luggage and weary legs was appreciated.

“Spectacular apartment in Venice”

The location was perfect, 10 min walk from the bus station, and 20 mins to St Mark's Square. Cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by.. Excellent facilities inside the apartment, plenty of living/dining space, and 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, one being en-suite.

We stayed for two nights at the property, and it was a great experience. The place was bright, spacious, and conveniently close to the city center. The landlord, who lives next door, was incredibly kind, helpful, and amazing.

Great location near the station but still 20-30 min walk to St Mark’s Square etc. We were city hoping across Europe so appreciated the 5 minute walk to the station with back packs in 30 degree heat! Apartment is huge. Very comfortable beds, good kitchen, free WiFi, bathrooms ok, aircon was brilliant! Great to have a washing machine as we’d run out of clothes - has a quick 20 min cycle. Really quiet street but loads of shops and restaurants one street down. I’ve stayed down by St Mark’s in the past but enjoyed the quieter location of this apartment. Great price so would highly recommend it.

Perfect location, close to the train station, vaporetto stops and supermarkets. Host Renzo was wonderful. Best thing was not having to take luggage on to a vaporetto and the lift in the building. Highly recommended.

“A Great Apartment In A Great Location”

The location is perfect, in a very quiet lane of Venice - only a couple of minutes walk to the station and shops, 2 streets back from the Grand Canal. Overlooks a pretty Park. We were a group of 5, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The washing machine was a bonus for us after 3 weeks of travelling and hand washing. The apartment, beautifully decorated in the elegant traditional style, has a big lounge room with enough seats for a group, as well as a big dining table. There are 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), the 3rd bed being a fold out bed in the lounge room - which was very comfortable (and in a corner of the lounge room, so it didn’t impede on the space at all). The Apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a small elevator which was great. Last, but by no means least, our lovely Hosts Renzo and Paula. They are very friendly and helpful, providing us with much appreciated local knowledge.
