Very nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable, very well located apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean, perfect for 2 families. Combines classic Venetian decor with modern comfort. Good communication with the hosts, everything was perfect!

location was perfect and the property was very comfortable. The host was very pleasant and even very helpful. Holding our luggage for us after check out was a big bonus.

No breakfast served. Not enough hooks to hang things up in the bathroom. No washing machines. Brocade wallpaper.

We were happily surprised with clean and beautiful hotel room. Big bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff that made us feel warmly welcomed! Great location just a few minutes walk from St Marks square, and 30 min from the train station.

“Best accommodation we have had on this trip”

This was an excellent accommodation. The breakfast was good and easy to prepare. The location was great five min walk to St Marks and 5 minutes walk to Rialto. The staff were very welcoming and check in was super easy.

The room is private, quiet, super clean, in an excellent location, great and helpul staff, cleaned daily and it is fairly large. The bathroom is spotless and very big. We will be back

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, it is located near main attractions and one can easily go anywhere from the location with ease.

The location is good, the little view of the canal and the traditional typical furnitures.

A pleasant stay in a very unique, Venetian styled room. There were only two rooms on the second floor with own private bathrooms but we shared the common area, ie guest lounge and dining areas and there were multiple balconies overlooking the beautiful canal. The room wasn't very big but it was cozy with a large bathroom. They made our anniversary stay extra special with a complimentary bottle of champagne which we enjoyed sitting at the balcony watching the gondolas go by. The location was perfect, close to Rialto bridge in one direction and St Marks square in the other direction. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

“Location was perfect, multiple balconies in a common area that felt like was our own huge apartment”

Location was amazing. Bedroom with private bathroom was great but it was the access to the common rooms with many balcony’s on the canal that we loved the best. Only one other room so it was like having a huge apartment. Staff were very helpful and accessible

The ambience was lovely in the perfect location for San Marco Basilica and The Rialto Bridge had a very nice evening meal at the Bistrot would do it all again loved Venice in May, perfect. Highly recommend.
