We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was perfect—close to the main attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely kind and helpful, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Loved the location and Edoardo was the most excellent host! We were able to check in early, check out late abd had help with vaporetto line numbers to get to the islands. Water taxis were organised for us. It made the stay seamless!

5* Review: Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, bright and well cared for with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept so well each night. The location could not be better, right in the heart of Venice with easy access to restaurants, shops and all the main sights yet still quiet and peaceful when you need to sleep. Edoardo was a fantastic host. He met us on arrival, made sure we were settled and shared great local recommendations that really improved our trip. Communication was quick and helpful throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. We travel often and this apartment stands out for its cleanliness, comfort and location. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were very large. The apartment was centrally located to all the attractions Venice had to offer.You can open the windows and watch the gondolas go by in the canal below.

Giovanni was very communicative via the app. He gave us information on how best to get to the property and met us there. He also booked a water taxi to take us to the airport. The location is fabulous, the apartment wonderful and right on a canal. Everything is close by. A perfect location.

The host was amazing, met us right at the jetty and walked us to the apartment, provided us with the keys and gave us directions and advice on some of the best places to eat and visit even arranged our water taxi for us. The location of this property is amazing, right on the water where you can watch the gondolas pass by and easy access to shops and restaurants. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. Love this place to stay, will be telling friends and family to stay and can't wait to visit again.

The host was excellent. We asked for the ‘airport shuttle’ service and he was waiting for us at the water taxi stop with umbrellas upon our arrival. He showed us the property and gave us the keys. The location of the property was excellent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful on rainy days.

The suite is centrally situated in the San Marco area, right next to the canal full serenading gondoliers passing your window. Which only added more delight to the whole experience! Eduoardo is an exceptionally helpful and approachable host. He organised our transfers to and from the airport seamlessly by River taxi (the BEST way to start any visit to Venice, in my opinion) and met us at the pier close to the apartment to accompany us to the front door, which eases any anxieties we had about finding the right location. The suites were well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We could've asked for nothing else.

The location is more than great. You wake up with a pretty Italian vibe. There is bridge right beside the window and a little cafe just opposite. The owners of the property helped us a lot. Thank you Eduardo, great host
