“Perfect trip in Venice!”

The hotel is located very close to the main sightseeing areas. The room was perfectly clean and spacious enough for three people. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Location, cleanliness, and service—all three were flawless. I would love to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay here. We were well greeted by the front desk lady Vanessa. She is so friendly and helpful, that made our stay great. The apartment was pretty large. The location is great. It's just a couple of minutes walk from the San Marco Square, but still away from the noises. Can't think of a better place to stay in Venice. Highly recommended.

-. Elevator from ground to 4th floor. With a member of mobility issue(walking with a crutch), this is a huge plus. -. The apartment is very clean. Linen and towels are clean and good. They even provide daily cleaning! -. I like the floor was not carpeted. It was tiled, less dust. -. Small kitchen with hotplate was equipped. Kitchen utensils and some plates were also there, very convenient if you need small spoon for your breakfast yogurt. -. Location was wonderful. Close to San Marco piazza.

“Perfect place in heart of Venice”

The hotel is centrally located, within a short walking distance of all major attractions. Almost a 1-minute walk to San Marco Square. For those arriving by boat, the hotel is very close to the Rialto Bridge, and you can reach the hotel without any bridges or stairs. Having a separate kitchen in the room and the spacious bed were excellent. Vanessa was extremely helpful and her recommendations made our exploration of Venice more comfortable and enjoyable

Amazing! I can’t stress that enough. Vanessa consistently went over and above for us, accomodating our late arrival, she also helped us when our transfer out of Venice was cancelled. She absolutely saved us! The location is incredible walking distance to everything, so close to both san Marcos square but also the Rialto bridge, and yet so quiet. Highly recommend - the room was so spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the fact that you have enough space. The apartment was nice and spacious. Also felt very special to receive a bottle of very nice champagne and a typical Italian "cake" upon arrival. The lady that checked us in was very, very nice and friendly, above average!!!

Perfectly situated in the centre of venice, receptionist vanessa is great and very kind, tells you everything you like to know! We (family of 3 girls + parents) spent a very nice weekend in this amazing city, went a lot by foot (+vaporetto 24 ore), dound rest and recreation in this beautiful appartment!

We had a great stay! Vanessa at reception was incredibly helpful and made check in so easy. The location is fantastic very central and just minutes from St. Mark’s Square, restaurants, and shops.

Great location. Our one bedroom apartment was massive with lots of comfort. Lots of spare blankets, pillows, etc, for colder nights. The lighting dont do the photos justice in this place. A lot better than the photos. The toilets had better bright lights than the rest of the apartment. Photos attached
