I was impressed from the first time I met them. The staff were welcoming and attentive to our stay. They recommended walking tours, restaurants, and we went and tried the restaurants recommended by the staff, which were very good. The receptionist is probably the daughter of the accommodation. She is very lovely. I will be back to stay.

paragraph): The location is very convenient, just off the main street down a small alley and about a five-minute walk in, so it feels much quieter than staying directly on the main road. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Georgia was very kind and friendly, and she explained all the house rules clearly. She also recommended a few restaurants that we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Location, cleanliness, easy access and short walk to station. Quiet part of town and able to walk own luggage to the apartment which is not always possible in Venice. Great local restaurants and bars. Many thoughtful items for guest use.

The apartment was close to the train station and main ferries. It is away from the main street and reasonably quiet. The apartment itself was spacious with decent amenities like a lift and kitchen.

“Big apartment in a quiet corner of town”

Easy to meet our host, and liked that our apartment was central but also tucked away down a street so much quieter than having to be around all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Plenty of space. We drove to Venice, so had to park in Tronchetto and walk a while with our suitcases, so definitely recommend taking the boat into the centre, but once we were in, the apartment was in a great spot for walking around and exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

very quiet and close to good restaurant, within easy reach of center of Venice and transport

“Lovely Apartment, Great Location and Great Host.”

Host was great, she met us and let us leave our bags in the apartment even though we got there early. The apartment is in a great location, not far from the train station and a bustling area of restaurants, cafe's, shops and the water bus station on the Grand Canal. A map with a diagram of how to walk to some of the top spots was available along with recommendations of where to eat. There were also lots of other guides for first time visitors to the City. There was a lovely balcony with table and chairs to sit on to soak up the sun. A new water bus stop (S Giobbi) is in place very close to the apartment which takes you to Murano which was really handy, as the directions from the ticket office guided you through the train station.

The reception and information we received about local amenities from Giorgia was good. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but only a short walk from the Grand Canal. Local shops, restaurants and all the water borne transport were all within a short walk. Overall a really good apartment in an ideal location.
